Can I see sample of the templates?

Yes, there are samples right here on this page. Note that we don't include a ton of images in the nurturing campaigns because they make your emails look advertisey. However, you certainly can add any images, videos or links you wish into any of the templates. Just a warning though. Too many images and links can cause your emails to go into the SPAM folder. Do the templates include images?

Generally, we don't include images in the nurturing campaigns for several reasons. Home or property images may not match your area. Further, images can oftentimes make your emails look spammy and 'advertisey.' We want your consumers to think you sat down to write these emails manually, and most of time, you won't add images to your nurturing emails. Too many bells and whistles will lower response rates, and eventually open rates.

We do, however, include images and video in the holiday and sphere templates. Understand that Images in emails can often trigger spam filters because they are frequently used by spammers to bypass text-based content analysis. Large or numerous images can increase the email's size, making it more likely to be flagged as spam. Additionally, if the images are hosted on unfamiliar or suspicious servers, or if the email lacks sufficient text to balance the images, spam filters may interpret it as a potential phishing attempt. However, if you wish to add images, feel free to add any images or videos you want to your templates within your CRM if your CRM gives you that option.

Can you build the campaigns for me in my CRM?

Yes, we offer our campaigns in two ways: 1) In Word Format download with an instructional video for you to build them yourself for your specific CRM or 2) We will build them for you. If we build them, we build them in order of purchase. We anticipate a build time of less than a 3-5 days, depending on how busy we are, and how many campaigns you have ordered. Our experience is that we can build them much, much faster than you could since we have a huge amount of experience in all popular real estate CRMs. If your CRM is not one we are familiar with, we will take a few days to learn it and have your campaigns ready within a week, or less. If you order the package for us to build them for you, you will receive an email with a form to fill out advising us of your CRM login details and specifics about the campaigns you want.

Are the templates specifically to the fields in my CRM? Do you add custom fields?

Yes, all the templates are created with specific merge field codes that match the CRM you use. If you decide to purchase the Word versions and build them yourself, you will be provided downloadable versions that include the merge fields of that CRM. It's important you choose the campaigns that match your CRM, however. If we build them, all the merge codes will match your CRM automatically and we will add in custom fields that are necessary for some of the campaigns. Please note that some CRMs do not allow for custom fields. We will advise you if this is the case.

What if I don't see my CRM on the list?

No problem. We provide you the templates with video instructions to build them yourself. Patti will explain to you what you need to do and look for within your CRM to get your campaigns built. If we build them, we will build them in ANY CRM. We will learn it if we don't already know it. You have solutions. If you are going to build them yourself, choose the option for ANY CRM. If we build them, you will receive a questionnaire after you order to provide us the specifics of your CRM so we can log in and get them done for you. We got you covered either way.
